写真家キム・ヨンチョルの写真集FEELING BEFORE SEEINGに収録された作品で作ったはがきだ。

FEELING BEFORE SEEINGは写真家キム・ヨンチョルが9年間作業したいくつかのプロジェクトの中で一部の写真を選別して収めた写真集だ。
作家は意図的に場所と時間、写真の名前を表記しませんでした。見る人が自分だけの視点をイメージに投影して解釈することを意図した。作家はこれまた仕事の延長線として見る。彼は他人の感想が個人の経験で制作されたイメージに積まれ、作品の生命力が加わると話す。

FEELING BEFORE SEEING is a selection of images during a 9-year period featuring photos from various projects. Young Chul Kim, in accordance with his exhibition, prepared each image by intentionally removing its title and location, seeking to give the reader and viewer an opportunity to interpret the image as they wish. He views this approach as an extension of his work. The appreciation and interpretation of the viewers adds and builds up the images and adds vitality to the work, making it a constantly evolving piece.
