Somok Sobok's Daily Sobok Series captures the small moments of happiness in our daily lives by drawing them with our traditional craft, mother-of-pearl, on commonly used wooden objects. One of them, the mother-of-pearl holder, is a smart product that has two functions: it can store things like business cards, small photos, and papers, and can be placed on top of them. The upper part of the lid has a groove for inserting paper, so the two sides look like the rails of a swimming pool. It is a wooden box with figures of people enjoying swimming painted on it using mother-of-pearl, a traditional craft.
